Time Kill Kinetics are determined using various time intervals of the pre -determined MIC over a 24 hour period. This assay can be performed with any of the aerobic organisms present in the AMRI clinical isolate collection. The time-kill curve is beneficial in identifying possible problems with resistance development or compound degradation over the 24 hour testing period.
