- Characterization of Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) using Sciex TripleTOF 6600 System
- Determination of drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR)
- Analysis of both intact and reduced ADC
- For reduced ADC analysis, ADC is incubated with DTT at 37 °C for 30 minutes

Test Compound Requirement:
- 100 µg lyophilized ADC or 50 µL of 2 mg/mL solution in PBS for intact protein analysis
- 100 µg lyophilized ADC or 50 µL of 2 mg/mL solution in TBS (pH 8-8.5) for reduced ADC analysis
